Expansion Tank, coolant

If your coolant levels become too low for the engine to be sufficiently cooled, a dashboard warning light will come on indicating you need to check your coolant levels. Make sure in that case that the coolant expansion tank of your GOLF is not leaking. If that is the case though, you will need to replace the part as soon as possible.

Over time your Volkswagen $serie coolant expansion tank will end up having tiny holes in it through which the coolant can seep out. We advise you to also replace the connection hoses when you are changing your expansion tank.

Thanks to Mister-Auto, you will be able to save considerably on your new coolant expansion tank for your $serie!
